He cut me while fingering me

We were getting frisky and he went down on me. While he was fingering me, one of his fingers cut the outside of my vagina and it won’t stop bleeding. I looked at it with the front camera of my phone and it looks like he took a good bit of skin off. How and what can I do to stop it? Should I be concerned?
