Empty yolk sac

Hi all, I am totally confused so I need help from your experiences. I had a ultrasound on 18th Feb 2019 (7 weeks 2 days), but on u/s they have seen only yolksac measuring 2mm without embryo. Doctor suggested me for another scan after 2 weeks. Is there any hope for normal pregnancy
