Faint line?

I've been taking cassava root started about 2 weeks ago, and this month I could definitely tell when I was ovulating. I today a test because I was feeling a bit nauseous and I know its definitely early but I cant tell I'd my eyes are tricking me. This is from the same test taken about 7 minutes ago.
