Question about free clothes

Hi I was out today and a really nice lady ask me if I wanted a bag of her clothes she no longer wanted and fit her everything is clean and has been wash but in the bag of clothes I found a few pairs of underwear i was wondering if is weird I use them and if I do can I get a uti or infection or something bad from underwear she looked really nice and everything in the bag looks mostly new and is expensive clothes any thoughts
