Missed miscarriage
Found out no heartbeat on 11th Feb took tablets didn’t work had d and c the 21st Feb bled the Thursday Friday then nothing not even spotting yest I would of been 12 weeks 1 day so my period would normally be around now .i had terrible pains alday yest and then wham bleeding along with the most horrendous cramps alright could it really be af already ????
