Anyone knows about Ureaplasma infection?

Did anyone get tested for this? Anyone had it in pregnancy??:(

I currently have Ureaplasma and I’m 24 weeks. 
It won’t seem to go away for me, my doctor prescribed me another round of antibiotics but I’m scared to take them because I don’t want it to make me puke like my previous antibiotic. 
I’m currently searching for answers and successful stories but no one really knows much about it. 
My doctor doesn’t seem too concerned at all, she tells me that it’s controversial that this infection can cause complications or any harm to the baby. There’s not enough proof is what she’s saying but I’m starting to eat probiotic yogurt every day. Also, I’ve heard adding garlic to salads can help as well but I haven’t tried that yet. I just hate knowing I have this infection. All I do is pray 😔

Also, I’ve take azithromycin as a one time dose twice but they’ve made me puke within an hour of taking it so my doctor prescribed me erythromycin to see if it’ll work, but i’m just sooooo scared to take it! i don’t want it to make me puke like azithromycin 😭😭😭😭
