Has anyone else seen this?

I’m 27 weeks along in my first pregnancy and just recently I’ve had bloody discharge after sex...I’ve been tested for everything under the sun and things seem to be fine, but how is this really fine?

I’m no doctor but to me that doesn’t look fine at all, I would see another doctor or if this is recent go get checked just to be sure and show them this picture

From what I’ve read you’ve been checked and they said you’re not dilated so trust them. It’s normal to loose your mucus plug through out pregnancy, it regenerates. Its most likely blood tinged cause you irritated your cervix with sex. It happened to me MANY times when I was pregnant with my daughter. No sex for two weeks, no tampons, no douching. The blood should decrease. But if you notice its not decreasing or actually increasing then go to labor and delivery(not the ER) straight to labor and delivery and hit them with all the facts. That’s your mucus plug, tinged with blood too so they should really check your cervix and see if you’re dilating or going into preterm labour! If you’re worried you’re not getting the right care go for a second opinion somewhere else or demand they check you

This happened to me and everyone else seems to be correct...it looks like bloody show and I went into labor days later...lost my son. So I WOULD get it checked if I were you

OK so this slightly happened to me sunday. Not as bad. But my doctor told me it is common especially towards the end to start loosing your mucus plug during sex. Especially if your being a little rough and he is hitting the cervix. For it is more sensitive now that the time is getting closer to give birth. She told me I can stop having sex and let it heal. Sex can stimulate labor so if you keep having that issue after sex you might wanna slow down till your closer to full term. She also told me if your contracting at least 6 times in a hour and/or have severe pressure down there(like you feel your about to give birth) after you need to get checked. :) I am cooling it down on the sex so I don't make myself contract more than I already do :) good luck!

Did you go to labor and delivery? That looks like your mucus plug. I’d hate for you to go into pre term labor this early
