I got my BFP on 12/1. We went for our first ultrasound on 1/9 and found out it was an empty sac. I took misoprostol to induce the miscarriage on 1/18 and then ended up in the ED for an emergency D&C on 1/23 because I had an incomplete miscarriage.

It’s been a very long 7 weeks since that ultrasound appointment, but I am glad to see AF this morning (for the first time ever! 😂). It reminds me how amazing and resilient our bodies are. And it brings hope that there’s a rainbow coming. And fear that it could all happen again- but I’m choosing hope. Wish us luck!
