Sleep changes at 1?

Hi mommies! My 15-month-old has been on a pretty consistent sleep schedule at night. He would go to bed about 7:30pm and fall asleep fairly quickly, and he woke anywhere between 7 and 8 in the morning. Lately he has not only been waking up earlier (always before 7), but he is taking a long time to fall asleep at night too... I tried keeping him up til 8 one night and he still took a long time to fall asleep and still woke up before 7. So I tried 7:30pm last night and he is still waking up earlier, and didn’t actually fall asleep until at least 8.

He doesn’t take very long naps during the day. 60-90 minutes usually. And he only takes one nap during the day. I’ve tried getting him to take two but he just started refusing his second nap.

Anyone having a similar experience? Any suggestions on how I can get him to sleep later? I’m not super worried, I just tend to have trouble falling asleep and it was easier to get energized in the morning when he was sleeping a bit later.
