TTC Tips?
As of now, I am 240lbs, drink caffeine every now & then as well as vape every now & then. Clearly, I know I need to change all of those things, I'm not ignorant to that fact so please don't ridicule me for admitting & accepting my personal lifestyle. I am simply asking for advice, looking for MOTIVATION, SUPPORT and ENCOURAGEMENT. I want to be a momma more than anything in this world but I know I also need to change my lifestyle habits. I need help. Please. Talk some sense into me, I need the motivation more than anything. TIA.
