I think I’m pregnant 😁

I’ve been with my boyfriend for almost a year and a half. We’re TTC and we caught 3 of my last ovulation days. Thought I had a miscarriage and it turned out to be a bladder infection. My period was scheduled for last week and still nothing. I’m currently at 5 weeks 3 days in this cycle. Should I take a pregnancy test soon or would ECG be detectable right about now???? 🤔
