Ask your doctor. Everyone reacts to birth control differently so there’s no telling what will or won’t work for you.
For example, my mom loved the depo shot. She never had any negative side effects and didn’t have periods while on it (but she did end up pregnant while using it). But I had a terrible reaction to the shot. I had depression, weight gain, yeast infections, and then I bled for 2 months straight.
So again, talk to your doctor and discuss your options. They’ll be able to give you better advice and recommendations.

It varies from woman to woman, what worked for one may not for the other.
I was on the mini pill and it completely stopped them for me, so may be worth a try.
