Let me begin with I have Crohn's disease. It's a chronic inflammatory bowel syndrome. It makes it a bit more difficult to get pregnant and go full term. So my love and I were getting a bit worried when it's been over a year. But I guess life gave me a birthday present this year bc 2 test came back positive!

We're so happy and excited and to start this new adventure together!
