Irregular spotting

So I logged my period Feb 3 - Feb 8. On Feb 11 I started to lightly spot, not alot at all. Really only when I wipe. A few times it was slightly heavier spotting but not like a normal flow. It's been 16 days and I'm still slightly spotting. I have Nexplanon but have had it for years, (this is my second one) and this has never happened before. Any insight? Has anyone ever had the same issues??
