How do I know if I am actually ovulating?

I am 27 years old and we started our TTC journey about 3 months ago. I was on birth control for 13 years before stopping last April. I know birth control stops you from ovulating so how can I be sure that has started back up? Asking for prayers and all the baby dust!

I HIGHLY recommend (to ALL ladies) to read this book! It's a charting and TTC game-changer, if you ask me! (I should be getting royalties from how much I plug this book haha) You need to chart your BBT, OPK, CM and CP to know. Good luck and baby dust

Ovulation strips pinpoint your surge, and temping confirms ovulation. I suggest trying the temping for at least 1 cycle to confirm that ovulation has started back up...ovulation strips alone can't confirm ovulation, only that you get the surge needed for it to happen.
