Depends on the person! I never found hookups desirable or fulfilling so my “hoe phase” consisted of a few dance floor make-outs 😂 and then I have friends who loooved the hookup life

I think its critical for self development to experiment, date and see what’s out there in life. Whether you sleep with people is up to you, just do it safely. I read about too many young woman on this app who have no life experience, training or education, yet insist they are ready to be wives and mothers 🤷🏼‍♀️

Meaningless sexual encounters were never something I was into. Sent a few booty pics. Made out with a few guys in high school, but that was it 🤷🏽‍♀️ if you have “hoe” tendencies then I guess you should let them out before you want to settle down.

I’ve only had one hookup and I just really wasn’t into it. I have flirted with a variety of people so, although I’ve only dated two people, I have a good idea of what I want in a relationship and what’s a dealbreaker. However, all of the flirting was online, never someone I knew in person. 
But I mean, I’ve kissed and slept with a grand total of 3 people in my lifetime and 2 of them were boyfriends I was in a serious relationship with. So, I’d say it’s overrated but you do you. As long as your of age and you’re safe, who cares?

Depends on who you are and how you relate to sex, love and relationships. For me personally I felt it was super important as I always had an intense fascination w sex from a young age and wanted to experiment. Yes I had some experiences that were better than others but overall I’m super happy I put myself out there. Some people don’t necessarily need practical experience in that department to know what they want or don’t want. I think it comes down to doing some self reflection and evaluating the kind of sexual and romantic relationships you think you want or don’t want and then acting from there :)
