Sinus issues and pregnancy

Hey I'm just looking for some advice. I've had blocked sinus' for Iver a month now I'm getting really bad headaches I can't sleep properly because I can't breathe I'm really ready for crying! 😭 I've been back and forward to the doctors who have only been able to give me menthol crystals and saline nose drops none of these are helping. There must be something out there?! Can anyone help me out with some advice or suggestions please anything will be greatly appreciated 🤗x
