Ladies, thoughts on TTC at home? Doctor put me on Letrozole 5 and upped the dosage to 7.5 last month and this month. This month, it’s resulted in me having 7 follicles - 5 on left O and 2 on right. Sizes of the 4 mature follicles range from 19-21 and the remaining are 15-16. I’m on day 10 and ovulation is expected in 4 days. Dr said there is a significant risk of multiples (triplets or quad) and so they’ve cancelled my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> (third) and advised us to have protected intercourse. We’ve been trying for a couple of years (have had 1 miscarriage at 7 weeks) and I’ve just turned 37. We would be okay with twins - maybe even triplets, but the quad 😱. Also, there’s a possibility not all follicles have eggs or fertilization occurs. Would rather try than miss this opportunityzzz
