Am I in the wrong?

I live with a girl I don’t know very well, I’m living in the city for school and I’ve been here about a month but my course is only 3 months and I only have class once a week so I decided I’d just drive up every Monday. So yesterday I told my roommate I planned on moving out mid March but I’d still pay the full months rent. She got heated and told me I had to be out by Thursday. It was Tuesday when we were arguing. I told her fine, I’d be out today because I still have a house back home, then she tried to back track when I wouldn’t give into her threats. So I moved out today and didn’t pay rent, because she said she wanted me out. Was I in the wrong?
