Hormone imbalance

Got my blood work back from testing my hormones. Tested on cycle day 21, and my LH is way to high and progesterone is wayyyyy to low... next step is fertility specialist... anyone else been through this, and can tell me what I can expect?. Trying very hard not to freak out as I want a baby so badly.
