question can i be pregnant and still get my period? im so confused i have nauseas cant even eat and some other symptoms for pregnancy but i just past my period

You can have light bleeding when you are pregnant, but it is not a true period. Your period is the shedding of the lining of your uterus. Your uterus sheds everything when there is no fertilized egg implanted in the walls of your uterus. Some women do have bleeding in early pregnancy, but it is absolutely not a period.
If the bleeding lasts more than 3 days, if the bleeding is heavy, if there are any clots, then it is your period and you cannot be pregnant.
If the bleeding is light and doesn’t last more than 3 days, then it could be pregnancy spotting.
