I’ve lost small bits of my plug twice now in the past little bit after doing the labor dance.. praying it may lead to something! 🤞🏻

I've never heard of the labor dance before LOL I had to Google it. Looks exhausting but if it works, I'm sure it's worth it!

Keeping my fingers crossed for you ! Took me another week after losing my entire mucus plug to really go into labor

Hopefully it works..I have seen some videos on youtube and read comments, alot of women saying it worked for them.. I'm actually doing it every now and then along with nesting and I have noticed im losing plug with brown tinge, lots of pressure and lower backaches..
