Sex on day on +opk and conceived ????

Has anyone had sex only on the day of there +OPK ,  around there fertile week, and got pregnant , xxx

My husband and I did when we got pregnant with our daughter. The only reason I know because we were dating at the time and had stopped having sex for belief reasons. Then we got engaged and it all went out the window, then two almost three weeks later we found out we were pregnant with our daughter. I looked back at my period tracker (not this one) and it said I was ovulating on the exact day we got busy 🤷🏾‍♀️. Now we have an almost 4 year old and trying for the second child lol

I tested today, to early but I cldnt help it. 
I think I can see something, but it’s like there and no more. ..
