PMDD premenstrual dysphoric disorder
Idk if this is the right place to ask, but anyone have premenstrual dysphoric disorder? (Severe form of pms?)
Mood swings
Severe depression
Intense anger/conflict/feeling out of control
Headaches muscle pain etc.
How do you deal with it? I have this a long with depression and anxiety.
