I’ve been getting positive urine tests and went in for an ultrasound and blood test today because I started bleeding like a period yesterday and still am bleeding. The vaginal ultrasound showed a small black oval/circle thing and when I asked the ultrasound tech what it was she said it was just a cyst. When the ob/gyn came back in she told me they saw nothing in the ultrasound and I miscarried. They drew blood and I’m waiting for the results but they want me to come in next week anyways just to make sure my hCG Is going down. Was that thing I saw TRULY a cyst? Or could it be the gestational sac?? I’d be about 3 weeks and 3 days (something like that) today. These are my positive tests. I didn’t get a pic of the ultrasound though. Did I really miscarry already? I’m sorry I just can’t process right now.
