I want tips for losing and maintaining weight

I’ve always felt bigger and kinda chubby especially now being a teen,( turning 16 in 2 days :))

I’m 5’7 at 150 pounds

I need tips because I’m active as I’m on the track and xc teams and I run almost everyday on and off season.

Having a slow metabolism is so frustrating
