Sleeping pills while breastfeeding
Ok I need some advice, lately my 2 month old has been going to sleep earlier and I’m trying to have the same schedule as him to get more sleep. Well I’m not used to going to bed at 10:30 so does anyone have recommendations? I’ve debated taking a sleeping pill but I’m afraid it will pass through the milk and make him drowsy or too sleepy to eat.
