I am currently breastfeeding my ten month old.

I haven’t had a cycle since giving birth.

With my first, j had my AF return on her first birthday. Fell pregnant two cycles later.

I honestly have no clue what to expect with spotting? May sound dumb but idk what it is? My panties have a spot of brownish blood on them. Nothing else so far today. Not when I wipe. Is this spotting? Haven’t had sex in the past 2 days so I don’t think it’s from sex.

What about implantation spotting? Is that the same?

Can anyone explain it all to me?
