You only need to be concerned if you have enough bright red/dark blood to fill a pad and cramps-especially back cramps.

Don't worry until u have very bad cramping and if u bleed a lot

I had the same and I did MC at 9w. It snowed that the fetus only measured 6w. I had No symptoms or pain. You could always have your hcg levels checked that’s how I confirmed. My hcg was not doubling at all. Then the us showed no heartbeat 🤷🏽‍♀️

Spotting is normal in early pregnancy as long as it isn't accompanied by bad cramping or clots.
