Losing to much weight 😔
Hi guys! I’m in need of some help from my fitness and nutrition loving woman of this app. After having my daughter I have lost a lot of weight pretty rapidly and it’s on going. After I had my daughter I was back to pregnancy weight at 128lbs. As the months have gone on I’ve continued to lose weight, I am now 110lbs. Having a baby is hard and sometimes I do forget to eat so I’m looking for some advice on easy meals I can make, best ways to gain weight in a healthy way and any other tips you can give me.
**If you’re gonna comment and tell me that you wish you had this problem then please don’t waste your breath. I am so insecure with how small and boney I am now. I feel like I’m skin and bones. I don’t know what to do I just wanna be happy and healthy for my baby 😔
