Weighted blankets for anxiety.
Hello all!
Has anyone used weighted blankets for anxiety/depression? What were your thoughts and would you recommend? One problem I see is that it is not supposed to be 10% more than your body weight and my boyfriend and I are very different in weight and he does not have anxiety. Would it still be a good idea to get one? Maybe one for just my side of the bed? I wake up all the time when I try to sleep and my anxiety has been getting completely out of hand. I really need something that will help so I am open to other suggestions as well. TYIA!
