For sure a girl?

First pic is 16w, second and third pic is both 20w. Not to sure what the area circled in white is. I was looking through my pics and it kinda freaked me out. For sure a girl? 😂 the more things I buy the more paranoid I get that they told the gender wrong 😂 should I throw my money at a 3D/4D ultrasound to extra verify or am I good?

I asked at my last ultrasound for them to double check that I was definitely having a girl...the woman doing the ultrasound said that to figure out the sex they look for “hamburger buns” for a girl and “a turtle” for a boy. 
I’d say you’ve got some buns there!!
