What seems to be ovulation pain

Hey ladies. So I try and stay off here for my TWW but this is bugging me! I’m 5DPO and today had some mild cramps in the normal cramping area. But what is different is what feels to be ovulation pains on my right side and it is just a bit sensitive as well to the touch of I push there. Anyone experience this know what it may be?! It’s just uncomfortable and dull and achy not sharp.

Ive had the SAME thing. I never have cramps at 5dpo. I also have some back pain. Not too sure why tho. I try not to over analyze these things bc it will just cause anxiety.

I’ve already ovulated 5 days ago. Seems just odd to me.
