Ok ladies I need some help. I’m EBF and need help finding a birth control that works for me. I had the Mirena inserted about a week ago and haven’t had any major side effects. My LO is still seeming satisfied after nursing and has plenty of dirty diapers so I think my supply is ok. however I am still hesitant about it because of hearing things like the “Mirena crash” I’m debating about getting it removed but I don’t know what to use instead. Does anyone have suggestions, maybe a birth control pill they like?
