12 down 🤪

so I’ve been working out for 2 months now , I lost 7 pounds but had a bad week and gained 5 and lost that all again and now am officially 12 lbs down. this is only the beginning but I’m so excited to see what the next months have. I was always never committed to working out but ladies you got this , once you start and see that scale number go down you just wanna see how much more you can do. and also working out has a major contribution to my life. I went from severe depression to moderate depression with the help of antidepressants but also working out being the main factor. if I can do it , any of you can!🖤
