Spike in temp?

Not sure what to think of the spike this morning. We've been TTC almost a year and I feel so discouraged.

Answer

It’s hard to tell since you didn’t temp during the early part of your cycle. Have you tried charting OPKs and CM as well? It’s possible that you ovulated earlier than Glow predicts (which almost always happens to me) and possible that you haven’t ovulated yet. Keep temping, and I would recommend OPKs and CM charting next cycle.
