nipple discharge - early pregnancy sign?

hi. im 6dpo trying for bub no2. tonight when getting into the shower I saw littke white dots on my nipple and squeezed and it was like a tiny bit of dried milk.. (I haven't BF for 12 months) could this be an early pregnancy sign? it seems odd!!

I would get your prolactin levels checked. Nipple discharge is a sign of high levels, which can prevent you from getting pregnant.

I started losing milk at 5dpo I’m 15 weeks today and still losing milk now lol 😂 x
