PREGNANCY ANXIETY 😔
I’ve always struggled with Hypochondria but I think it got better through the year. Now that I’ve gotten pregnant (my first one) I feel like it’s coming back again. I’m always anxious thinking that maybe something’s wrong with my baby or that he/she will have a defect. My anxiety is so bad and I hate that I’m always worrying.
Can you all give me advice on how you calm yourselves in situation like this? 😔
