Losing belly fat while pregnant
Have any of you tried to (or successfully) loose belly fat while pregnant?
Is it safe? I have read varying opinions online (I’m going to speak to my doctor about it but my appointment isn’t for a week or so yet)
I know working out while pregnant has to be different but I had just started my weight loss journey (in order to conceive, but hey conceiving earlier than expected is alright by me!)
When we got married I was 160 (5’3”) and over the course of a year I gained 40lbs and I’m sitting at 200😔 when I met my husband I was 190 and I lost all that weight to get married! And I was so happy with my body.
Now I’m so unhappy, I’m excited to be pregnant but I just watched my size 4 sister in law go through a pregnancy and she had the most beautiful bump the whole time. I know I will show eventually but is it okay for me to want to loose belly fat? I want to set myself and my baby up for a healthier life. But is it safe? Has it worked?
