Trigger Ovulation Timed Intercourse

I had my 5000iu HCG trigger Monday around 9:30 am.

I'm thinking I ovulated Tuesday based on temps, but had major cramping, tenderness, and basically uncomfortable Wednesday morning. I know I need another temp to confirm. (3 high temps after dip)

I was told you would ovulate 36 hrs after trigger. That would be Tuesday 9:30 pm. We BD Monday at 11pm and again Tues at 11 pm. Last night it was closer to 12 am...

Do you think we did it enough or timed it ok??
