What’s your best healthy snack when expecting?
I’ve had faint lines and am getting blood work done. I’ve had two miscarriages (believed due to low progesterone). I’m curious what foods or meals you ladies recommend when possibly expecting? And those you say stay away from. I’ve got a list going but want more. I’ve got tons of sweet potatoes and peas I don’t know what all to say with. Chicken. Steak. Salmon. Lamb. I know you can’t prevent a miscarriage as many are from some abnormality and the body terminated but I would still love new ideas for food! Any recipes you recommend or snack suggestions! TIA! ❤️
Should note I’m allergic to mushrooms and egg intolerant so no eggs, which I know stinks
