Hcg levels

Hi, I found out I am pregnant a few days ago. My last periods was 1/24/19. I had blood work yesterday and my hcg levels are at 800. The ultrasound didn’t really show anything yet. Are my levels normal and is it to soon to see on the ultrasound? Anyone experienced this before?
