Does anyone else have sharp pains in their breasts?? Almost like a pinching? I'm 32.4 and it started yesterday. Super annoying!!

I’m 34 weeks and Ive been getting a burning and pinching feeling in my right breast, when I look closely it looks like there’s a vein right under the place where it’s been happening, super annoying!!
