Anyone else take prenatal vitamins for hair?

I'd rather use a formula directed specifically for hair because it focuses on the vitamins and minerals specific to that(biotin, vitamin a, vitamin e, etc) where as prenatals are just a spectrum of all vitamins needed for a healthy body.

I use collagen powder. Vitamins never helped my hair or nails.

I read that prenatals don’t actually make people’s hair grow. The hormones from being pregnant do!

I take a multivitamin which has biotin which is usually what's marketed as the hair and nail vitamin
