I have an ultrasound appointment tomorrow and I am so scared the baby has stopped growing or won’t have a heart beat it hasn’t been an easy few weeks and I know it’s just the beginning but I don’t know if it’s actually because I’m pregnant and baby is developing or if I’m just getting symptoms still because of the placenta I don’t know how I’m going to deal with having a miscarriage or failed pregnancy it’s just really gonna suck and I could use some words of wisdom and comfort
