Contractions ?

Im 39+2 I lost my mucus plug last Wednesday and yesterday I had light spotting  with more mucus. I began to feel heavy cramp like sensation since 3:00am and have been getting them 1 or 2 every hour. They last about 15-30 seconds each. Has anyone experience anything similar if so are they real contractions or false? Should I wait to go to the hospital... feeling nervous 😬

How exciting! I wouldn’t go in yet, chances are they will send you home. With my first I timed them and once they are 5-8 minutes apart, lasting at least a minute each and that continues for an hour they wanted me to call. That’s when I called and they told me to come in. If you have a lot of blood, fluid (like your water broke) or decreased movement definitely call and see if they want you to go in! Otherwise take a shower, eat something, maybe bounce on a yoga ball if you have one! This could be the day!!

Sounds like BH contractions or false labor contractions. I would wait for contractions to get hard to breathe through and at least 5 minutes apart to make a hospital visit.
