My dad has just had a heart attack and I’m flying 2 hours tomorrow with my brother and 4 month old to go see him. He’s had an extensive amount of shit happen to him- heart attack, enlarged heart, pneumonia, sepsis of the kidney and liver just to make a few. By the way this all happened on the same day his day/my pop died. My question is what do I do about taking bub to the ICU? I already know I don’t want to spend a long time there just a quick pop in and check everything’s going well but should I stay longer? Should I just get my brother (Who has social issues and doesn’t like going alone) to go and me stay at my aunts? I don’t want to leave my bub alone because I’ve only ever left him with my partner or mum for a few hours without me but I’m so torn. He’s on a ventilator and unconscious.
