My daughter got this rash last winter and now it’s back again... I tried neosporin and it helped a little but it was changing her skin dark 🤔

And now it’s coming back again .

I called to make an appt only to be told they want you to speak to a nurse before making one and the nurse said to send a picture so I did and she said it’s just skin irritation 😐 but it comes in the same spot every time.
