Can you still have a period when pregnant?

Had unprotected sex on the 14th and he came inside me and I started bleeding on the 16th. But for the past 3 days I've been nauseous and having cramps

Answer

No. You cannot have a true pregnancy and be pregnant.
Some women do experience bleeding in early pregnancy, but it is not a true period!
Your period is the shedding of the lining of your uterus, it does this when there is no baby.
If the bleeding lasts more than 3 days, if the bleeding is heavy, or if there are any clots, it is your period and you cannot be pregnant!

Answer

In rare cases yes, but only with women who have 2 uteruses and some other reasons. It happened to a girl and she went into an induced coma, gave birth and found out that she was pregnant - even though she had her regular periods. Which only meant that it was the second uterus that provided the period while the other carried the baby.
