Pelvic pain with exercise
Hey everyone. I’m 16 weeks and very recently started feeling human enough to start working out. I’m only doing moderately paced treadmill walks to start, and the pelvic pain/pressure is very uncomfortable. Could it be my belly pulling down causing the discomfort? While I’m walking it feels like pressure down there, then turns to period like cramps towards the end/after I’m done. Would a belly band/support help with this? I really want to stay active as I’m an overweight ftm, but this feeling is not keeping me motivated to go :/ Let me know if you have any tips/tricks to help please!
